We said no to decaf for years. Indian-origin decaf is rare, the market for it is thin, and doing it properly costs more than most roasters want to spend. So we waited — and kept pushing our supply partner, SICC, for something worth our name. What came back wasn't just decent. It was Excelsa, the coffee we've backed since before the industry caught up, decaffeinated without losing what makes it special.
