Light tobacco on the nose moves with sweet pomegranate molasses onto the palate. Tasty bright grapefruit bitterness brings a juicy mouthfeel that's pleasant. Adding milk brings out more sweetness and juiciness.
Farm Details:
The Srirangalli Community Project is a sustainable coffee farming initiative by our supply chain partners, SICC, who work with small coffee farmers in the Pushpagiri Range of Karnataka, India. The project started with 5 farms in the Pushpagiri Range ranging from 1 to 10 acres. The plan is to bring more farmers into this project. Most farmers work with their families in a shade-grown, agroforestry environment featuring a first-tier canopy of jungle trees, native species, and fruit trees.
