Matsya
Named after an ancient Indian dynasty, Matsya arrives from the biodiverse hills of Chikmagalur, Karnataka, one of India's most celebrated coffee-growing regions.
At 1,200 metres above sea level, Narmada Estate spans 240 acres beneath a dense canopy of over 50 jungle tree varieties, where Indian Gaur, Malabar Giant Squirrel, and Crested Serpent Eagle roam freely.
This Chandragiri Arabica is cultivated using fully organic, low-intervention methods and processed through a careful, washed (wet) process, yielding a cup that is bright, clean, and layered with character.
Expect notes of brown sugar, apricot, and cashew, with a silky mouthfeel that reflects the precision and quiet excellence of this remarkable estate.
Medium roast. Washed process. Grown where the jungle meets the cup.
