    OM, our seasonal blend 🎄, is perhaps the world’s first three-species speciality coffee blend.

    Born from a year of extremes on India’s farms, AUM brings together three distinct species of speciality coffee - Arabica, Robusta, and Excelsa, each sourced from exceptional estates in the Western Ghats.

    Arabica - Kondadkan Estate
    Elegant and floral, grown under deep shade in the misty hills of Chikmagalur.

    Robusta - Sai Ashirwad Estate
    A naturally processed lot with rich body, dark chocolate depth, and clean sweetness.

    Excelsa - Mooleh Manay Estate
    A rare 84-hour black honey–fermented microlot, complex and fruit-forward, with a flavour that lingers long after the cup is gone.

    Together, they form OM, a trinity of strength, balance, and brightness.
    All speciality-grade, all shade-grown, all regenerative.

    Taste Notes: The result is a cup that’s layered and luminous. Think sweet spice, dark chocolate, and soft fruit with a long, grounding finish.

    Farm Details:

    Mooleh Manay Estate, located near the backwaters of the Harangi Reservoir in Coorg, Karnataka, takes a data-driven approach to farming and coffee processing. The estate cultivates Arabica, Robusta, and Excelsa varieties, using meticulous methods to bring out the best flavours. With a focus on research into native Indian Coffea species and soil health, Mooleh Manay is committed to innovation and continuous improvement in sustainable coffee production.

    Founded in 1890 by British brothers WL and CS Crawford, Kondadkan at Sangameshwar Coffee Estates captures the spirit of Vana, a paradise of lush forest, rich biodiversity, and abundant shade. Overlooking the Lakholi Dam backwaters, the estate’s thriving ecosystem of trees and wildlife helps regulate moisture, combat drought, and create ideal conditions for high-quality coffee cultivation.

    Nestled in Chikmagalur, Sai Ashirwad Estate is celebrated for its diverse coffee varieties, including Arabica SLN 795, SLN 9, Cauvery, Chandragiri, and Robusta Old Peridenia and CxR. Organically certified, it exemplifies sustainable farming and environmental care. Beyond coffee, the estate nurtures rich biodiversity, from Indian Gaur to Malabar Giant squirrels, and integrates water harvesting ponds and in-house processing units to ensure resource conservation and precision at every stage.
